Having watched his father from an early age undertake many architectural and engineering projects, Dwight Harrison understood the value of hard work, and when combined with commitment and vision produces a lasting legacy. 

These impressions never left Dwight Harrison, who after pursuing a successful career as a senior executive with a major elevator company, decided it was time for a change.

Founded in 2015 by Dwight Harrison, the Clovercon name is inspired by a sincere but straightforward idea: respect one’s family legacy and honour one’s Irish heritage. Today, the Clovercon name is synonymous with high-quality craftsmanship, exceptional construction projects and personalized customer service.

Clovercon Inc. is an Ontario-based full service construction company specializing in retirement home facilities, commercial, residential and condominium conversion and renovations. We work with our clients in all aspects of their construction needs: from initial consultation, project management, design-build, alterations, additions, to turnkey construction solutions.

Clovercon’s professional team of construction consultants meet with the client to understand their requirements and identify any concerns or issues prior to the proposal phase.

During this phase, we determine the client’s expectations and requirements to achieve a unified project vision. We then assess the best way to achieve those objectives within the allotted budget and project schedule.

Upon receiving a quote, Clovercon provides its clients with an easy to understand proposal. This proposal will encompass the scope of work of the project and any other details required by the client. We also work with other parties at the direction of the client in order to ensure seamless project coordination and client satisfaction.

We use design software to create the specified space. We will provide floor plans, perspective drawings and elevations. During this phase, the client selects from a wide array of materials, fixtures, lighting and decorative hardware. We guide the client through each process phase and offer custom recommendations based on configuration, style and budget.

Clovercon will take care of zoning approval, adjustments and obtain the required building permits on behalf of the client. We work closely with all parties involved to manage a realistic and obtainable timeline. We will ensure that all by-laws and legal obligations for the project are met and followed throughout the duration of the project. We strive to maintain a high level of cleanliness on the job site so that accidents and unnecessary damage does not occur while the site is under construction.

Clovercon’s professionals and industry partners begin work to deliver the client’s vision and requirements into reality. We use only licensed and highly skilled tradespeople, we carry $5,000,000 liability insurance, we are covered by the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB), and we always adhere to all current building codes. We protect the environment by properly disposing of hazardous waste materials, and by sorting and recycling scrap materials. Clovercon’s General Manager, Dwight Harrison along with his main construction and painting supervisors regularly visit every site to ensure that each project is on track and within budget.

After project completion, Clovercon provides a 2-year labour warranty to ensure customer satisfaction.
